QR code use cases

How the page builder works

You pick a template made for your situation, then make it yours: colours, one of six fonts, a logo and a cover photo uploaded from your phone or computer. You add, remove and reorder blocks such as menu sections, opening hours, an address with a map button, a photo gallery, contact buttons, social networks, a PDF or a Google review button.

The page opens on qr.krealomedia.com and reads well on a phone without zooming. Because the code is dynamic, you can edit the page whenever you like and the printed QR code stays the same. Every scan is counted.

Free or Pro

The Free plan, and the 7-day Pro trial, let you build pages with up to 3 pages, 6 gallery photos and 10 active links in total. The page shows one advertisement, at the top or bottom and never over your content. Pro removes the advertisement and allows unlimited pages, 12 gallery photos, a custom short link, a logo and colours in the QR code, and detailed statistics.

Booking, donations, feedback forms and payments are buttons that lead to the tool you already use. Krealo QR does not process payments or store form answers.

Frequently asked questions

Which use case should I start with?

Pick the one closest to your situation. The template only sets the starting layout: you can add, remove and reorder blocks afterwards, so a café can borrow the gallery from the gallery-based templates and a shop can add opening hours.

Does the person scanning need to install anything?

No. A phone camera is enough. The code opens a normal page in the browser, with no app and no account.

Can I use the same account for several use cases?

Yes. Each page has its own dynamic QR code and its own statistics. The Free plan allows up to 3 pages and Pro allows as many as you need.
