Krealo QR creates QR codes and short links. Each code points to its own short link on qr.krealomedia.com, so scans are counted and, with Pro, the destination can be changed later.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

Yes. You sign in with Google, with Apple, or by email with a magic link, with no password. Without an account you only see the public pages.

What are the limits of the Free plan?

Free allows up to 10 active links, black-and-white QR codes, a total click counter for each link and PNG download. It is free forever, with no credit card.

What does Pro include?

Logo in the centre, custom colours and styles, a custom slug, editable destinations, detailed statistics, SVG and PDF download, unlimited links and the API.

How much is Pro and how do I pay?

$5.99 CAD a month (or US$5.99 a month), plus taxes, paid through PayPal. In Québec, 5% GST and 9.975% QST are added.

How do I cancel Pro?

You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then your account goes back to Free.

What is a dynamic QR code?

It is a QR code whose destination can change without changing the printed code. With Pro, you edit the target address from your account.

Can I put my logo in the QR code?

Yes, with Pro. You upload your logo as a file, it is resized automatically, and error-correction level H helps the code stay scannable.

What statistics can I see?

Free shows the total number of clicks for each link. Pro adds the breakdown by day, country, device type and referrer.

What do you do with my data and my visitors’ data?

We store no IP address. For each click we keep only the date, country, device type and referrer domain, for one year. Data is hosted in Montréal.

Is there an API?

Yes, for Pro accounts. You generate a personal token on your account page and create or read your links and QR codes through the REST API.

How do I delete my account?

Write to us at info@krealomedia.com. On request, deleting your account removes your links and click events.

What happens to my links if Pro ends?

They keep working. You just can’t create more than 10 active links or edit a destination until you go Pro again.
