Equipment and asset pages with QR codes

Put a QR code on a machine and whoever stands next to it can see what it is, how to use it and whom to call. With Krealo QR each piece of equipment gets its own page with specs, a manual PDF and a maintenance contact. It is a simple label system, not a maintenance-management tool.

The page your customers will see

A template ready to customise: your colours, your logo, your blocks. The QR code stays the same when you edit it.

Product and manual

Create this page

Who it’s for

  • Workshops, kitchens and labs with shared equipment
  • Schools, gyms and community centres
  • Rental companies and construction sites
  • Facilities teams labelling extinguishers and panels

How it works

  1. Choose the product template and name the piece of equipment.
  2. Add its photo, specs, a PDF manual and the maintenance contact.
  3. Print a durable label with the QR code and fix it to the equipment.
  4. Update the page after service or when the contact changes.

What the person scanning sees

The equipment name and photo, short specs, a button to open the manual PDF and a button to call or email the person in charge. A text block can list safety notes or the last service date.

What it does and does not do

  • It counts the scans of each code, so you see which equipment people consult.
  • It is not a maintenance-management system: it has no work orders, schedules or inventory.
  • Pages are open to anyone with the code, so leave out confidential information.
  • Use a durable label rated for the environment, such as oil, heat or outdoors.

Free or Pro

Free allows up to 3 pages, which covers a few key machines, with one advertisement on each. Pro removes the advertisement and allows unlimited pages, one per asset.

Who can see the page?
