Job posting page behind a QR code

A “Help wanted” sign says little; a QR code can say everything. Candidates scan, read the duties, the schedule and what you offer, and tap a button to apply by email, phone or your application form. With Krealo QR you update or close the posting without taking down the sign.

The page your customers will see

A template ready to customise: your colours, your logo, your blocks. The QR code stays the same when you edit it.

Business info

Create this page

Who it’s for

  • Shops, restaurants and cafés hiring seasonal staff
  • Contractors and trades looking for workers
  • Small businesses without a careers page
  • Schools and associations recruiting volunteers

How it works

  1. Choose the business template and write the job title, duties and requirements.
  2. Add the schedule, the location and an apply button for email, phone or a form.
  3. Print the QR code and put it in your window, on flyers or on bulletin boards.
  4. Edit or close the posting when the position is filled.

What the candidate sees

A page with the job title, a short description of the role, hours and location with a map button, and buttons to call, email or open your application form. Candidates can read it calmly instead of noting a phone number from a sign.

Write a posting people finish

  • Put the title, the schedule and the location first.
  • Say what makes the job worth taking, such as flexible hours or training.
  • Tell people how quickly you answer.
  • Replace the text with “Position filled” when it is, rather than leaving a dead sign.

Free or Pro

Free is enough for one or two open positions, with one advertisement on the page. Pro removes it and allows a separate page and code for each role.

Frequently asked questions

Can candidates upload their résumé on the page?

Not on Krealo QR. Add an email button or a link to your own application form.

Can I hire for several positions with one code?

You can list several roles on one page. For clearer results, make one page and code per position and compare their scans.
