Krealo QR integrations

Krealo QR plugs into the tools you already use. With the Pro plan, at US$5.99 per month plus taxes, you create short links and QR codes from the REST API, Zapier, a Chrome extension or an assistant such as Claude, and you receive every scan through a signed webhook.

REST API and webhooks

The API lets you create links, up to 100 at once, change their destination, read their stats and download their QR code with its design. Webhooks send a signed POST when a link is created, updated, archived, blocked or scanned. The full reference is on the API page.

Zapier

The Krealo QR app for Zapier offers the “New Link” and “New Scan” triggers and the “Create Link” and “Change Destination” actions. It connects with a personal token. It is private for now: the invitation link is on the API page.

AI assistants (MCP)

Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible assistants connect to Krealo QR with the address https://qr.krealomedia.com/mcp. You allow access from your account, read-only or read and write, and you can revoke it at any time in Account. The assistant can then create a link, change its destination, read its stats or show its QR code.

Chrome extension

The extension shortens the open page in one click, shows its QR code, downloads it as PNG and copies the short link. Right-clicking a link offers “Shorten this link”. It is being published on the Chrome Web Store.

Share from your phone

On Android, once Krealo QR is installed as an app from the browser, “Share” to Krealo QR opens a new link already filled in. On iPhone, a shortcut from the Shortcuts app does the same with the API.

Coming soon: Krealo Publisher and Krealo Menu

Two integrations are in the works: automatically shortening the links of posts scheduled in Krealo Publisher, and creating the dynamic QR code of a menu from Krealo Menu.

Frequently asked questions

Do integrations need the Pro plan?

Yes. The API, webhooks, Zapier, the Chrome extension and the MCP connector use the Pro plan.

Can I limit what a tool can do?

Yes. Each token has a scope, read-only or read and write, and an expiry date. Each MCP connection is revoked separately.

How do I check that a webhook really comes from Krealo QR?

Every delivery carries the X-Krealo-Signature header, an HMAC-SHA256 signature of the body with the secret shown when the webhook was created.
