Ask for Google reviews with a QR code

The simplest way to get more Google reviews is to ask at the right moment and make the next step one tap. Customers scan your QR code at the counter or on the receipt, land on a page with a large review button, and reach your Google review form straight away. Krealo QR counts the scans.

The page your customers will see

A template ready to customise: your colours, your logo, your blocks. The QR code stays the same when you edit it.

Reviews and feedback

Create this page

Who it’s for

  • Restaurants, salons and clinics that rely on local search
  • Contractors and tradespeople who finish a job on site
  • Shops that want more reviews on their Google Business Profile
  • Hotels and rentals that want reviews after check-out

How it works

  1. Choose the reviews template and add your logo and a friendly thank-you message.
  2. Paste the link to your Google review form into the review button.
  3. Print the code on receipts, table cards, invoices or a counter stand.
  4. Check the scan statistics to see which spots work best.

What the customer sees

A short page with your logo, a line such as “Thank you for visiting, your review helps us” and one large button that opens your Google review form. You can add secondary buttons, for instance to your social networks.

Ask well

  • Ask in person, then hand over the code: a direct request works better than a sign alone.
  • Place it where people have a minute, such as the table while waiting for the bill.
  • Never offer rewards in exchange for a positive review; Google’s rules do not allow it.
  • Reply to every review, good or bad, from your Google profile.

Free or Pro

A Free page works as described, with one advertisement. With Pro the advertisement disappears and statistics show scans by day, device and country, useful to compare your counter code with your receipt code.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the link to my Google review form?

In your Google Business Profile, look for the option to share a review form, then copy the link and paste it into the button.

Can I steer unhappy customers elsewhere?

You can offer a separate “Tell us what went wrong” button that leads to your own contact form or email. Keep the Google button visible for everyone, since filtering reviews goes against Google’s rules.
