Restaurant menu QR code

A menu QR code takes your guests straight to your menu as a PDF on their phone. With Krealo QR you upload the PDF, print the code once and replace the file whenever dishes or prices change, without touching the code. The Free plan accepts one PDF of up to 2 MB.

Put your menu in a QR code in three steps

  • Sign in to Krealo QR and choose the PDF type.
  • Upload your menu as a PDF and give it a name.
  • Download the QR code and place it on tables, in the window or on packaging.

What the guest sees

The code opens a simple page hosted on qr.krealomedia.com, with the document name and two buttons: “Open the PDF”, which shows it in the phone’s viewer, and “Download”. Every scan is counted.

Update the menu without reprinting

The file is separate from the code: you can replace the PDF from your account, and the code you already printed shows the new version. Seasonal menus, prices and daily specials no longer mean a reprint.

Free or Pro

  • Free: one PDF of up to 2 MB, within the limit of 10 active links. The page carries a “Made with Krealo QR” line.
  • Pro, US$5.99 a month (US$59.90 a year) plus taxes: PDFs of up to 10 MB, with no limit on how many, without the Krealo line, plus logo, colours and SVG and PDF files of the code.

A PDF made for phones

  • Compress the file: a light PDF opens faster on mobile networks.
  • Use text that is readable without zooming.
  • Keep it to a page or two: a short menu reads better on a small screen.
  • Print the code at least two centimetres wide on a light background.
