WhatsApp QR code

A WhatsApp QR code opens a chat with your number as soon as it is scanned. You can add a ready-made message, such as “Hi, I would like a quote”. Krealo QR redirects the scan to wa.me, WhatsApp’s chat link, and counts every scan. The Free plan is enough.

Create your WhatsApp QR code

  • Sign in to Krealo QR and choose the WhatsApp type.
  • Enter your phone number, with the country code.
  • If you like, write a prefilled message of up to 500 characters.
  • Download the QR code and place it on your poster, shop window or card.

What happens when it is scanned

The code holds a short Krealo QR link. When scanned, the link counts the visit and then redirects to wa.me with your number and your message. The person lands in WhatsApp with the message ready: they stay in control and send it themselves.

Ideas for the prefilled message

  • A request for a quote or an appointment.
  • The name of a promotion, so you know which poster the customer came from.
  • A common question: “What are your opening hours?”

Free or Pro

The WhatsApp type is included in the Free plan, up to 10 active links. Pro costs US$5.99 a month (US$59.90 a year) plus taxes and adds detailed statistics, your logo, colours and SVG and PDF files of the code.
