How it works

  1. Choose the real estate template and write the title and address of the property.
  2. Add the photo gallery, a description, key facts and a PDF with the floor plan.
  3. Print the code on the sign, flyers and open-house cards.
  4. Edit the page when the price changes, and mark it as sold or rented when it is done.

What the visitor sees

A mobile page with the main photo, a gallery, the description and the key details such as rooms, area and available date. At the bottom, buttons to call you, send a message on WhatsApp, email or book a visit through your calendar link.

Make the listing convincing

  • Lead with the best exterior photo, then show the rooms in a logical order.
  • Upload the floor plan as a PDF so serious buyers can keep it.
  • Add a map button for the address and a short note about the neighbourhood.
  • Use a different page and code for each property so you can see which signs get scanned.

Free or Pro

Free allows up to 3 pages and 6 gallery photos, with one advertisement on each. Pro removes the advertisement, allows unlimited pages and 12 photos, which suits an agent with many listings.

Can I reuse the same sign for the next property?

Yes. Edit the page with the new property’s photos and details; the QR code on the sign does not change.

Can buyers book a visit directly?

They reach your booking link or your phone from the page. Krealo QR does not manage the calendar itself.
