A pet ID tag with a QR code
If your dog or cat gets lost, the person who finds them needs a way to reach you in seconds. A QR code on the collar tag opens a page with the pet’s name, a photo and a button to call you. With Krealo QR you change the number or the notes without replacing the tag.
The page your customers will see
A template ready to customise: your colours, your logo, your blocks. The QR code stays the same when you edit it.
Pet tag
Create this pageWho it’s for
- Dog and cat owners who want an extra safeguard
- Owners of pets with medical needs
- Breeders and shelters tagging animals
- Families who travel with their pets
How it works
- Choose the pet template and add your pet’s name and a clear photo.
- Add a call button with your phone number, and a note about health needs if useful.
- Print the code on a tag, engraved or on a durable label, and attach it to the collar.
- Edit the page if you move or change phone numbers; the tag stays the same.
What the finder sees
A friendly page with your pet’s photo and name, a short message such as “I am lost, please call my family” and a big button to call you or send a WhatsApp message. Every scan is counted, so you can see if the tag was read.
What to put, and what to leave out
- Use a phone button and do not publish your home address; anyone with the code can read the page.
- Mention medication or fear of strangers if it helps the finder.
- Add a second contact number in case you cannot answer.
- Test the tag by scanning it yourself before the first walk.
Free or Pro
One pet fits the Free plan, with one advertisement on the page. For several animals or a shelter, Pro allows unlimited pages and removes the advertisement.

Frequently asked questions
Does this replace a microchip?
No. The tag lets anyone with a phone reach you right away; a microchip is read by a vet or shelter. Using both is the safest.
Can I get a notification when the tag is scanned?
Krealo QR counts every scan, which you can see in your account. It does not send location alerts.
