Appointment booking page behind a QR code
An appointment page behind a QR code gives clients one place to see your services, hours and the button that opens your booking tool. Krealo QR does not run the calendar itself: it leads people to the booking page you already use, wherever they scan the code.
The page your customers will see
A template ready to customise: your colours, your logo, your blocks. The QR code stays the same when you edit it.
Salon and bookings
Create this pageWho it’s for
- Hair and beauty salons, barbers and nail studios
- Massage therapists, physiotherapists and coaches
- Clinics and practices with an online booking page
- Tutors and consultants who book by link
How it works
- Choose the salon template and add your logo, photos and services.
- Paste the link to your booking tool into the booking block.
- Print the code on your door, mirror, cards or receipts.
- Update prices, hours or the booking link at any time.
What the client sees
A page with your cover photo, your services in a short list with prices if you choose to show them, your opening hours, and a prominent button to book. A phone button is available for people who would rather call.
Turn a scan into a booking
- Place the code where clients are already thinking about their next visit, such as the mirror or the checkout.
- Write the button text as an action, for example “Book your next cut”.
- Keep your hours and holiday closures up to date on the page.
- Be clear about cancellation rules in a short text block.
Free or Pro
Free works for a single studio, with one advertisement on the page. Pro removes it and adds a custom short link such as /book, easy to say out loud.

Frequently asked questions
Which booking tools can I link to?
Any that provides a web address: your own booking page, an online scheduling service or a calendar link. Krealo QR simply opens it.
Can clients cancel or reschedule from the page?
That depends on your booking tool, not on Krealo QR. Your page only leads there.
