Parking payment instructions behind a QR code

Drivers want to know how to pay and how long they can stay. A QR code at the entrance or on each meter opens a mobile page with the rules, the hours and a button to the parking payment app you already use. Krealo QR hosts the page; the payment itself happens in your tool.

The page your customers will see

A template ready to customise: your colours, your logo, your blocks. The QR code stays the same when you edit it.

Business info

Create this page

Who it’s for

  • Private car parks and condo lots
  • Restaurants, shops and clinics with their own parking
  • Event venues that open temporary parking
  • Municipalities and associations explaining local rules

How it works

  1. Choose the business template and add your name and the lot’s address.
  2. Add the hours, the rules and a button that opens your payment app or payment page.
  3. Print a weatherproof sign with the QR code at the entrance and near the machines.
  4. Edit the page when the rules or the payment tool change.

What the driver sees

A short page with the lot name, the hours, the main rules and a clear button to pay. A contact button lets drivers call you if the machine is out of order.

Be clear and honest

  • Say which payment methods the lot accepts, and where.
  • Keep the rules short: maximum stay, reserved bays, towing policy.
  • Make clear that payment happens in the other app; Krealo QR does not handle payments.
  • Print the code large enough to scan from the car window.

Free or Pro

One lot fits the Free plan, with one advertisement on the page. Pro removes it and gives you unlimited pages, which helps an operator with several lots.

Frequently asked questions

Can drivers pay on your page?

No. Krealo QR has no payment processing. The page links to the parking app or payment page you already use.

Can I use one code for several lots?

Better to give each lot its own page and code, so addresses and rules are correct and you see the scans of each.
