Guest Wi-Fi access page
A guest Wi-Fi page shows visitors your network name and password on their phone, along with anything else they need during their stay. With Krealo QR the page sits behind a dynamic QR code, so if you change the password later you edit the page and the code on the wall stays as it is.
The page your customers will see
A template ready to customise: your colours, your logo, your blocks. The QR code stays the same when you edit it.
Guest Wi-Fi
Create this pageWho it’s for
- Cafés and waiting rooms that offer free Wi-Fi
- Short-term rentals and bed and breakfasts
- Meeting rooms, coworking spaces and offices with visitors
- Event venues that want one sign for several things
How it works
- Choose the Wi-Fi template and add your venue name and logo.
- Enter the network name and password in the Wi-Fi block, then add house rules or a welcome message.
- Print the QR code on a frame, a table card or the welcome folder.
- Update the password on the page whenever you change it on the router.
What the guest sees
The page shows the network name and the password in large type, next to a welcome line and any buttons you add: opening hours, local tips, your menu or a contact number. The guest types the password into their settings.
Keep it safe
- Anyone who scans the code can read the password on the page, so share a guest network rather than your main one.
- Change the password from time to time and edit the page right after.
- If you prefer that phones join the network directly, Krealo QR also has a separate Wi-Fi QR type that connects the phone without typing.
Free or Pro
Free gives you the page with one advertisement. Pro removes it and adds a custom short link and logo-and-colour QR codes that match your decor.

Frequently asked questions
Should I use this page or the Wi-Fi QR type?
Use the page when guests also need other information or when you change the password often. Use the Wi-Fi QR type when you only want one scan to join the network.
Is the password visible to everyone?
It is visible to anyone who scans the code. That is why we recommend a separate guest network with limited access.
