Hotel room services on a QR code page
The folder in the hotel room is often out of date by the time a guest reads it. A QR code on the desk or the bedside table opens a mobile page with Wi-Fi, breakfast hours, services and tips for the area. Krealo QR lets staff edit it from any phone as things change.
The page your customers will see
A template ready to customise: your colours, your logo, your blocks. The QR code stays the same when you edit it.
Hotel and services
Create this pageWho it’s for
- Small hotels, inns and bed and breakfasts
- Holiday rentals and guest houses
- Hostels with shared kitchens and rules
- Resorts with many services spread across a site
How it works
- Choose the hotel template and add your logo and a welcome photo.
- Add Wi-Fi details, breakfast and reception hours, services and check-out information.
- Print the code and place it in each room, at reception and in the lift.
- Update seasonal hours or a closed pool without touching the printed codes.
What the guest sees
A welcome message, the Wi-Fi name and password, the times for breakfast and check-out, and a list of services with buttons to call reception or WhatsApp. A section for local restaurants and attractions includes map buttons.
Content that saves calls
- Put the Wi-Fi and breakfast hours at the top; those are the most asked questions.
- Explain how to reach reception outside normal hours.
- Recommend a guest Wi-Fi network, since the password is visible to anyone with the code.
- Add a Google review button for guests on their last morning.
Free or Pro
Free gives you one page with one advertisement, which a small guest house may accept. A hotel will prefer Pro: no advertisement, unlimited pages for rooms or floors and a custom short link.
