Printable QR code sticker sheets

Krealo QR builds a PDF ready to print on sticker paper: 1, 4, 6 or 12 codes per sheet, Letter or A4, each with its title and crop marks. A single code fills the sheet with copies; several selected links run one after another. It is a Pro feature.

Who it’s for

  • A restaurant that puts a code on every table.

How it works

  1. Open a link’s page, or select several links in your list.
  2. Click “Sticker sheet”.
  3. Choose the paper (Letter or A4) and the number of codes per sheet: 1, 4, 6, 12.
  4. Click “Create PDF”, then print at 100%, never “fit to page”.

One link or several

From a single link’s page, the same code is repeated across the whole sheet: ideal for 12 identical tables. From the list, selecting several links lays each code out in turn, with its own title. With no title, the short address shows under the code.

To print well

  • Print at 100% (actual size). “Fit to page” shifts the crop marks.
  • With 12 codes per sheet they are small: scan a proof before printing the whole batch.
  • The crop marks let you cut with a ruler or a paper trimmer.

Honest limits

  • The layout is not calibrated to a specific sticker-sheet product (Avery or other): plan to cut along the marks.
  • Each code is placed as a 1,024 px image in the PDF, enough for small stickers. For a large poster, use the SVG.
  • The code keeps its design (colours, logo, frame) if you set one with the Pro plan.

How many codes can I fit on a sheet?

You choose 1, 4, 6 or 12 codes per sheet, in Letter or A4.

Can I print several different codes on the same sheet?

Yes. Select several links in your list: each code is laid out in turn, with its title, and the PDF has as many sheets as needed.

Does the sheet match my sticker paper?

The layout is not calibrated to a particular brand of sticker sheets. It works on ordinary sticker paper, with crop marks to cut by hand or with a trimmer.

Are the codes on the sheet dynamic?

Yes, they are the same codes as in your account. With the Pro plan you can change their destination later without re-sticking anything.

Is this feature free?

No, sticker sheets are a Pro feature. The 7-day trial, with no credit card, lets you try them.
